Your inspection is conducted with the Texas Standards of Practice in mind and use of professional inspection software. You will have a detailed yet easy to read report including pictures and/or video of any defects or safety hazards that were noted. This report will be delivered to you by the end of the day. In addition, at anytime during the inspection should you decide to pass on the home for any reason we will inspect your next home of equal size at no extra charge.

Exterior Evaluation: Wall covering, grading, elevation, drainage, driveways, fences, walkways, patios and decks
Roof and Attic: Framing, ventilation, type of roof construction, surface condition, flashing and gutters.
Plumbing: Identification of water main, supply/waste/vent pipes, toilets, showers, sinks, faucets and traps.
Interior: Floors, ceilings, walls, doors and windows
Systems and Components: Water heaters, furnaces, air conditioning, duct work, chimney and fireplace.
Electrical: Main panel, circuit breakers, types of wiring, grounding, outlets and switches, ceiling fans and light fixtures.
Appliances: Dishwasher, range and oven, built-in microwaves, garbage disposal and smoke detectors.
Garage: firewall, garage door, vehicle door and automatic safety openers
Add-on services include: Septic tank and system, sprinkler system, pool and spa

·Allow adequate time for the inspection- depending on the size of the home or any additional services it can take between 2.5 and 4 hours
·Verify that all utilities are on: electricity, water, gas
·If the home is currently occupied ask if the inspector will have access to areas behind locked doors, crawlspaces, garages and attics
·If the home is currently occupied ask to clear areas from around the water heater, heating and air conditioning system, electrical panels, water meters and gas meters
·Ask about any disclosures, transferable warranties, or certificates and permits for any repair or remodel work
