HOME BUYERS

When you purchase a home you would expect it to function to its fullest capabilities.  Sometimes they don’t.  Why not Inspect what you Expect.  You'll walk away with a complete understanding of the report and your next steps.
Your inspection is conducted with the Texas Standards of Practice in mind and use of professional inspection software.  You will have a detailed yet easy to read report including pictures and/or video of any defects or safety hazards that were noted.  This report will be delivered to you by the end of the day.  In addition, at anytime during the inspection should you decide to pass on the home for any reason we will inspect your next home of equal size at no extra charge.
Our mission is to make sure you know everything about the property prior to purchase, how to use this information in the closing process and how to maintain your home for years to come.  Also included is a FREE home maintenance book with high-resolution illustrations, seasonal checklists and other information to help you maintain your home.  Our services won't end there.  Should you ever have any questions in the future we are always ready to accept your call.  Schedule your appointment today!
